The actual lot is located one block from the Ocean and off the Back Bay. The owner of Beachcomber?s Bargain is a current member in good standing with Outdoor Resort of Virginia Beach Association. Lot number 195 is a well maintained interior lot with an 18?Wx50'L concrete pad, electric 25/30/50 amp, water, sewer, cable TV, WiFi capability, and a picnic table with shade. Little Island Park and Fishing Pier is just a short walk away.
Resort offers 2 pools, playground, dog walk, hot tub, exercise room, three bathhouses, free Wi-Fi at Clubhouse/on lot 195, summer weekend activities, tennis and basketball courts all included in rental price.
