My name is Binks. I'm a 7-year-old boy that was turned in because my humans were moving and couldn't take me. They told the people here I don't do well with children or dogs so it's best if I don't go to a home with either. I'm very sweet, though a little shy at first. I warm up quickly with treats
Because I?ve been neutered, I could go home to the right loving family immediately.
Virginia Beach Animal Care & Adoption Center has wonderful pets available for adoption. As of December 6, all animals are now at the new shelter at 341 Birdneck Road. The former shelter on Leroy Drive is now closed. If you have lost a pet, please visit the shelter in person and often as lost animals arrive everyday.
