Myron - that's me!! I'm a handsome, 51lb. black pit bull terrier that was found around the Independence area on 08/21/12. I'm very sweet and love to play. They say I'm about 5 years old but I still have lots of energy. I'm an absolute love. Be sure to ask for me by number as I'm currently waiting for room on the adoption floor. My number is xxxx-xxxx.
Virginia Beach Animal Care & Adoption Center has wonderful pets available for adoption. As of December 6, all animals are now at the new shelter at 341 Birdneck Road. The former shelter on Leroy Drive is now closed. If you have lost a pet, please visit the shelter in person and often as lost animals arrive everyday.
