Poor Ol' Chummy TOJEK Cat-Man: Still Waiting in Virginia Beach, Virginia For Sale
Tojek is a huge ol' cow-colored cat-man, about 1 year of age. He came to us the night of the hurricane a couple months ago, because his people had been evicted in Ocean View & simply abandoned him to the streets, moving away without a word. He faced the possibly horrendous storm without shelter on the oceanfront, & no food or protection or friends who would protect him.
He is extremely affectionate, neutered, LOVES to eat (I mean, just look at him! LOL!)
My son found him & was very worried about him, having been a neighbor of Tojek's highly irresponsible, cold 'people' ... but he can't have pets where he is, so he pleaded with me to take the cat in at least for the duration of the storm.
But i just couldn't put him right back out there alone again, after the hurricane passed.
Well we have the maximum number of kitties allowed by law in Virginia Beach. And Tojek hates other cats, probably because the feral cats in Ocean View always attacked him.
So Tojek wants to be the only kitty & have all the love & playful attention of HIS special human all to himself. He doesnt want to share. He does NOT play well with others.
He also has a little bit of an attitude when first meeting people, because we suspect he was not treated with consideration or understanding by these callous first owners.
He will, once in awhile, slap & meow at new folks like he is afraid to let them get too close before he knows them better.
But if you understand kitties who have been treated badly, the wait & patience will be well worth it, because he will grow very close to you & follow you everywhere like a puppy dog, the way he does my male room mate.
And he is HUGE! All the more to cuddle! LOL!
Please write if interested. Hes been confined to one bedroom ever since the hurricane & really needs someone & a place of his own. He seems to really gravitate well to single men, like a real "BUDDY"! (hes a very cool cat! :)

We are asking a re-homing fee of $20.00, for his protection from animal dealers & medical lab suppliers (bunchers) & the like. But hes already been neutered & thats saving a good $70. :D
