I am looking for people that would like to get together at least once a week to practice as a group. Ages 18-80 are welcome male or female, and all experience levels along with different styles (except metal) are welcome. This is all about fun first I have zero intentions on "hitting the road" or gigging every weekend. At the most if I felt like we got descent enough I would like to play a show or party on occasion but that is not my ultimate goal. This is for fun first and foremost but I do want to see improvement as we progress or it will just get boring after awhile.
About me: I am a 40 years old man with a VERY small but nice place to practice. I have an old Yamaha drum set on the premises that needs work especially on the kick and high hat. I also have a bass amp TC Electronics BG-250. I am a descent rhythm guitar player and people do not complain about my singing. I play with mostly a blues rock style mostly and I do not take myself to seriously. I am located between the downtown mall and the corner right off of Main St. About you:
You be over 18.
You must be able to practice at least once a week.
Have your own transportation.
Must be patient. Almost every band I've been in sounded horrible the first 6 weeks at least.
Do not take yourself to seriously. We are not headlining Wembley Stadium.
