Job Description
The Independent Commercial Loan Officer builds a commercial loan portfolio and develops new commercial loan business by following-up with leads from referral partners in (but not limited to) their local market. Emphasis will be placed on identifying referral sources, converting sales targets, detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline and submitting proper documentation for commercial funding applications.
Commerce Funding Solutions' innovative approach provides access to loans with terms that meet the needs of under-served small businesses. Loans up to $150K per business location, and up to $250K for multiple locations (up to $500K if qualified) are available for a broad range of businesses in over 650 SIC codes, including those whose owners have less than perfect credit. Instead of focusing on personal credit scores, the history, sales performance and cash flow of the business, which are truer indicators of its health, are used to determine eligibility. Loans decisions are made within 6 hours of application and the funds can be deposited into the business' bank account in as few as 2 business days. Funds may be used for almost any business purpose.
